United's economy class feels as basic as a low-cost carrier, but fortunately, they've made strides over the past year in terms of improving the experience.

United's Sky Interior-equipped 737s provide a very comfortable ride domestically. The cons? The streaming personal device entertainment is not up to United's standards at all.
A combination of a excellent soft product for a domestic flight and appalling attitudes from the cabin crew certainly made this flight VERY interesting.
This honestly would not have been a bad flight, except for the disgusting lavatory (and cabin), as well as the ridiculous baggage claim system that left me waiting 2 hours for a suitcase.
The hard product and airport experience were severely disappointing, but at least the views made up for it. As the old saying goes, "you get what you paid for."
